RushVelo Manufacturer Warranty Policy

Effective Date: 1 July 2026 | Applies to all products purchased through RushVelo.co.nz
This policy outlines the manufacturer warranty coverage available for products sold via RushVelo. Each brand stands behind its products directly, and RushVelo is here to support you through every step of the warranty process.

How to Claim Warranty

You have two simple options:
  • Claim directly with the brand/manufacturer — Each brand sets its own warranty terms. You may submit your claim directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their official warranty conditions.
  • Let RushVelo handle it for you — Simply reach out to our team, and we will guide you through the full process, liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf, and support your claim all the way to resolution.

General Warranty Terms

  • Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
  • Not covered: Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or use beyond the product’s design specifications.
  • A valid proof of purchase showing purchase date, location, and original purchaser is required for all claims.
  • Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty term.
  • Warranties are valid for the original purchaser only and are non-transferable.
  • All final warranty decisions are made per the manufacturer’s assessment.
