Shipping Information

All items are subject to supplier availability as stock levels change daily. We will aim to have your order delivered as quickly as possible. For all standard deliveries within NZ we use NZ Post Couriers, PBT & NZ Couriers.

Orders received for next day delivery are required to be processed by 2pm daily. Orders on Friday’s after 2pm till midnight Sunday will be processed Monday morning.

Click & Pay Orders made by 2pm are subject to supplier availability after 2pm the following day. (You will receive a call or email to confirm we have your items for collection first).

National Delivery	All orders = Freight Applies
Click & Pay	Click and Pay Online. Please note all stock is subject to supplier availability, in the event your item is unavailable then a full refund will be given. You will receive an email or   phone call to notify you accordingly.
Delivery Times	Delivery is usually 3-5 working days. Please allow 1-2 days longer if you’re located in a rural area.

 

NOTE: These are just guidelines as supplier stocks change daily and we cannot guarantee availability, bicycles and/or special requests may take longer depending on requirements or custom parts ordered.
